The Wellness Room partnered with White Cap to deliver a 1-hour hybrid workplace communication and conflict resolution workshop focused on strengthening collaboration, improving psychological safety, and creating a healthier, more connected work environment.
The Wellness Room facilitated a half-day hybrid burnout prevention workshop designed to help faculty and staff build resilience, prevent workplace fatigue, and sustain productivity. Participants learned practical wellness strategies to protect their capacity, manage stress, and support long-term employee well-being.
